QED Releases Q2 Upgrade - Latest version of Portfolio Management and Investment Accounting Software boasts Top-Quality Reporting Tools, Other Features

MARLTON, NJ July 12, 2004 -- On May 3, 2003, QED Information Systems, Inc. released Q2 Release 2, Version 8.32, an upgraded version of QED’s portfolio management, investment accounting, and securities operations software package.
Q2's upgraded report writing and publishing tools enables organizations to enhance their images and engender brand recognition by creating brilliant, insightful reports. These powerful tools allow users to create, share, and reuse custom document layouts incorporating Q2 data with content located anywhere throughout your network or the Web. Reports, which can now include custom colors, images, watermarks, graphs, and custom headers and footers, can be delivered in HTML or Adobe PDF formats.
The enhanced View Editor functionality offers users more flexibility in personalizing their Q2 workspaces. The View Editor allows each Q2 user to customize his or her desktop to suit
the way in which they do their work, and allows them to customize the manner in which information is displayed in the grid or display area on each Q2 screen.
While Q2 r2 v8.32 boasts over twenty new or upgraded features, other key features include:
· Postscript standard report editing tools for modifying report data, layouts, and font attributes
· Import and export functions capable of handling SWIFT formatted trades, messages, and positions
· Updated QMARKET pricing viewer that includes additional security master and pricing information fields
· Improved user manuals and online help tools
